Cancel Order

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We will not charge any fees with order cancellation. However, we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Return and exchange

We accept returns on all regular priced items. You can initiate a return within 30 days since the day of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

How to Return a Product (if applicable)

If you meet the conditions for return and exchange, please follow the instructions:
1)Please contact our Customer Care at contact@catswif.com, and we only accept return-authorized items.
2)Please provide your order number, order date, and a brief note on why you are requesting a refund. Our Customer Care will respond via email to let you know if your refund request has been approved.
3)After receiving our return instructions, please ship the items to be returned in the original packaging to the address provided to you by Customer Care. You are responsible for all shipping charges, and we recommend you insure the shipment to cover the risk of loss or damage while in transit.
4)Most returns will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive your package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
